Room was extremely spacious, there were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge too.

loved the home-like feel of the neighborhood, close proximity to stores and restaurants, accommodating and friendly onsite staff, clean space with awesome view, perfect for our 7-day stay, perfect amount of privacy, location close to attractions, well-furnished with all we needed, appreciated blackout curtains
poor beach access

stayed here with my daughter, everything was great. had exceptionally comfortable bed and wake-up service. could use a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the private bathroom. not to mention central location in short walking distance from the beach.

My stay at this beachfront property was absolutely mind-blowing! The cleaning staff, especially Simone HK, did an incredible job of keeping my room spotless and making me feel comfortable. The owner, although I didn't get to meet him in person, was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The fully equipped apartment felt like a home away from home, with a comfortable bed and cool air conditioning to escape the extreme heat. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The well-maintained grounds and pool added to the overall great value of this place.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful, clean, and safe accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When staying in Ocho Rios before, we never had such a great experience as at Beach Studio 30. We will definitely be coming back with our whole family for our next stay.

The studio apartment was bright and spacious with a fantastic view of the garden and sea. We loved having access to a lovely pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the secure electronic lock made us feel safe and the quality HD TV was a great addition for unwinding in the evenings. Plus, the location was ideal, with key attractions and the beach just a short walk away.
The bathroom was on the smaller side and lacked shelves for toiletries, which was a minor inconvenience. we found the hosting/hospitality to be disappointing.
